Call Center Representative
We're hiring a bilingual (Spanish/English) Call Center Customer Service Representative to support customers by phone and email in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. In this role you'll answer inquiries, provide accurate information and quotes, and enter orders/requests into our systems with speed and accuracy.

Call Center Representative Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 21.00 to $ 22.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer emails/chats with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information, quotes, and next steps based on customer needs and company guidelines.
- Document interactions and process requests/orders in CRM and other systems with high accuracy.
- Follow call flow, compliance requirements, and quality standards; meet individual and team performance metrics.
- Escalate complex issues appropriately and partner with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
Call Center Representative Qualifications:
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
- 1+ year of customer service experience (call center experience preferred).
- Typing speed of 45 WPM with 95% accuracy.
- Comfortable using multiple systems at once (email, CRM, Excel/Word/Outlook or similar).
- Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to prioritize in a metric-driven environment.
- Ability to pass a background check, if required for the role.
