Job Overview A law firm seeks a highly qualified midlevel associate with 3-5 years of law firm experience to join their structured transactions practice group in New York City, NY. The position is also available in Chicago, Philadelphia, or Washington, DC. Duties Engage in corporate and finance transactions. Participate in structured finance and securitization projects. Contribute to RMBS, ABS, CLO, and financing matters. Requirements 3-5 years of law firm experience. Corporate and/or finance transactions experience. Background in structured finance and securitization preferred. RMBS/ABS/CLO/financing experience preferred. Active bar membership in the state of the office location. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Active bar membership. Skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Benefits Medical, financial, and other benefits. 401(k) eligibility.
