The Executive Director of the Alumni Association and Assistant Vice President, Alumni Relations will be responsible for leading the institution's alumni relations efforts and driving multi-faceted engagement activities to maximize operational growth and impact.

Known Requirements
- At least 10 years' experience in conceiving and implementing strategies resulting in significant increases in alumni engagement and participation required
- Demonstrate ability to lead and manage diverse staff, volunteers, and events teams required
- Strong background in collaborating with fundraisers and designing alumni engagement plans required
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills required
