About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Major Gifts & Planned Giving. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the major gifts and planned giving programs. This includes developing and implementing strategies to secure major and planned gifts, fostering relationships with donors, and working closely with the leadership team to support the organization's fundraising goals. The role also involves overseeing the identification and cultivation of new donors, as well as stewarding existing donor relationships. Applicants for the Associate Vice President position should have a strong background in fundraising, with a focus on major and planned giving. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. A successful track record in soliciting and closing major gifts, and experience in donor relations and stewardship, are essential. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of developing and executing comprehensive fundraising plans, and will be passionate about the mission and vision of the company.
