Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor: Required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from approved vendor: Required
- At least two years of recent experience in field: Required

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff and coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Collect and analyze relevant data pertaining to patient health to determine diagnosis and care issues.
- Develop and implement care plans, coordinating care delivery to promote health and safety.
- Evaluate patient progress toward attaining health outcomes and collaborate with the healthcare team in providing patient care.
- Provide learning opportunities for patients and their families, ensuring continuity of care, including participation in discharge planning.
