Salesforce Architect – NYC Health + Hospitals We are seeking a Salesforce Architect to lead the adaptation and utilization of Salesforce across our organization, supporting business operations and overseeing the performance of the Salesforce Development team. Base pay range : $176,920.00/yr – $186,920.00/yr Position Overview Please refer to the description below. Duties & Responsibilities Provide leadership in the overall Salesforce architecture, application design and development of the system. Possess a deep understanding of Salesforce products, as well as the customization and development possibilities. Architect solutions on Salesforce that are secure, scalable, and meet business requirements. Ensure solutions and all customizations to the platform meet best practices. Ensure architectural integrity and consistency across the entire product. Knowledgeable on all Salesforce offerings: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Force.com, etc. Design documentation and best practice methodologies. Create & deliver timely CRM and workflow solutions using Salesforce/Apex, Visualforce, OmniStudio (formerly Vlocity), and J2EE technologies. Have deep understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud and Vlocity Healthcare Industry. Working knowledge of Salesforce integration using MuleSoft. Oversee delivery of the architect solution. Organize the process for successful project delivery to end users. Plan and manage application deployment using Gearset and Azure CI/CD pipeline. Review Salesforce capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations to determine feasibility of requested programs. Study existing information processing systems to evaluate effectiveness and develop new systems to improve production or workflow. Oversee programming development and testing of interfaces according to specifications. Help with ongoing application maintenance. Mentor team members on best practices and new technology needs. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related discipline. 5+ years of experience in systems analysis and design of information systems, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity. Minimum Salesforce Certifications: Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, OmniStudio Consultant. Strong analytical skills with ability to observe trends and suggest improvements. Ability to tailor communication to multiple audiences at all levels. Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing to enable stakeholder decision‑making. Strategic approach to solution design with proven ability to develop and execute tactical plans. Experience in full‑cycle programming and deployment of Salesforce and OmniStudio solutions across environments. Desirable / Bonus Additional Salesforce Certifications / Accreditations. Strong understanding of Microsoft DevOps framework, Content Versioning, Agile methodology. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to understand business needs and learn new software tools. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; understanding of policies and procedures.
