Salesforce Architect

The Phoenix Group is recruiting on behalf of a well-established organization based in New York City for a permanent, full-time Salesforce Solution Architect. About the Role You will own platform architecture and design across Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud, serve as the technical authority on integration design and security architecture, and mentor the broader Salesforce team. The organization operates in a regulated environment, so experience designing compliant, enterprise-grade solutions is essential. What You Will Be Doing Leading architecture and design across Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud Designing enterprise integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and event-driven architectures Developing and maintaining solution architecture documentation including data models, integration diagrams, and technical specifications Defining platform standards, governance processes, and architectural best practices Reviewing technical designs, code, and configurations for scalability, security, and maintainability Collaborating with engineering, security, and compliance teams to ensure solutions meet regulatory requirements Mentoring Salesforce administrators, business analysts, and engineers on design best practices What You Bring 7+ years of Salesforce platform experience with 3+ years in an architect-level role Hands‑on experience with Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud Demonstrated integration experience across REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms Deep understanding of Salesforce security architecture including sharing models, role hierarchy, and permission structures Experience producing solution architecture documentation, data models, and system diagrams Salesforce Certified Administrator and Platform App Builder required Application Architect or System Architect certification a strong plus Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated environments preferred Familiarity with DevOps tooling such as Gearset or Copado a plus Sponsorship: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a W-2 basis without employer sponsorship.
