Chenega Government Mission Solutions, LLC, a Chenega Professional Services company, is looking for a Child/Youth Program Coordinator to support military well-being programs in support of the National Guard Bureau (NGB) Army National Guard (ARNG) Child and Youth Services (CYS) in the United States, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and the District of Columbia. We actively strive to channel our highly engaged employee's knowledge, critical thinking, innovative solutions for our clients.ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver youth curriculum and programs and provide relevant support and resources to Army National Guard military youth and familiesDesign marketing materials and publications, complete program-specific reports, and successfully convey information in both verbal and written formatsEnsure youth services being provided meet the needs of the military population(s) being served and align with established national metrics of performanceActively work to recruit, train and manage a state-level volunteer team, as well as build local and state-level partnerships with youth service programs and organizationsPlan and operate large and small scale eventsAnalyze statistical data, evaluate program effectiveness and brief trend analysis based on compiled dataQualificationsBachelor's DegreeExperience in areas related to youth programming and developmentA combination of post-secondary education and experience with direct youth programming can be considered commensurate with a Bachelor's degreeAbility to work onsite in Wellesley, MassachusettsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Good interpersonal communication skills and attention to detailComputer literate and proficient in preparing Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documentsAbility to multi-task, manage priorities, and meet deadlinesSignificant experience working with youth of all ages, an awareness of youth development and youth developmental needs, experience developing and implementing youth curriculum preferredMilitary experience or direct civilian experience in a military organization is preferredEstimated Salary/WageUSD $48,000.00/Yr.
