What You'll Be Doing:

• Data Analysis: Utilize strong analytical skills to analyze data, identifying potential risks, concerns, and outcomes of decisions.
• Data Aggregation: Aggregate data from various sources to provide comprehensive assessments.
• Reporting: Create reports, summaries, presentations, and process documents to effectively communicate findings.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to analyze and present data effectively.
• Trend Identification: Identify economic and financial trends that may pose risks to the company.
• Risk Quantification: Quantify potential negative effects of risk-related activities.
• Risk Management Practices: Identify organizational practices contributing to increased risk.
• Collaboration with Risk Managers: Collaborate with risk managers on reporting and evaluation techniques.

What You Need to Be Successful:

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn other analysis programs.
• Critical thinking skills with independent problem-solving ability.
• Quantitative and analytical skills with a knack for understanding new concepts.
• Understanding of insurance markets and policy forms is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail in all tasks.
• Ability to evaluate potential risks and exposures for the company.
• Maintain strong relationships with third-party service providers.
• Solution Implementation: Identify exposures, recommend solutions, and implement programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the capability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Preferred Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Risk Management, Insurance, Finance, or another related field.
• Experience: 1-5 years in the insurance, risk management field, or similar field.
