Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments to understand client needs and develop customized treatment plans based on their goals.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, or trauma-focused therapy.

• Monitor client progress regularly, establishing and adjusting therapeutic goals as necessary to reflect the evolving needs of clients.

• Provide teletherapy options, ensuring accessibility and convenience for clients who may prefer virtual sessions.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment strategies in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve serving a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. You will work with both adolescents and adults, providing culturally competent care that meets the needs of each individual. By empowering clients through personalized treatment, you will help them develop coping strategies and foster resilience, leading to improved mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000–100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
