As a  Client Service Manager , you’ll manage a portfolio of small group accounts, ensuring clients receive the best possible solutions and support. You’ll play a key role in client retention, satisfaction, and growth while working in a collaborative and supportive environment. How you'll make an impact

• Manage a portfolio of small group accounts, ensuring their needs are met with care and precision.
• Build and strengthen relationships with clients by providing exceptional ongoing support.
• Lead the renewal process, delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue by offering additional services and coverage.
• Collaborate with the Production team to deliver high-quality, timely results.
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate their insurance and risk management needs.
• Contribute to client retention, satisfaction, and overall business success.

About You

Required: Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience. Life & Health License required. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred: Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships. Solid financial acumen.
