What You’ll Do Serve as the main point of contact for our clients, providing a positive and personalized experience. Understand client needs, goals, and challenges to offer tailored solutions. Foster long-term relationships by maintaining regular communication and check-ins. Collaborate with our creative and technical teams to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded. Address client concerns promptly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities. Gather feedback to help us improve our services and ensure client satisfaction. Help identify new opportunities for growth and keep clients informed about our latest offerings. What We're Looking For A genuinely friendly and empathetic communicator who loves helping others. Proven experience in client management, customer service, or account management. Strong listening skills and the ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions. Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple projects with a smile. A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
