As a Dispatcher at a commercial real estate location, you will coordinate communications, monitor incoming calls and activity, and dispatch personnel to support security-related needs. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Tue 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Wed 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Thur 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Fri 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or property management personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Receive, document, prioritize, and dispatch security-related calls for service, maintenance concerns, alarms, and other incidents to appropriate personnel. Monitor radio, telephone, camera, alarm, and access-control communications; maintain accurate activity logs, incident records, and dispatch reports. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating notifications with onsite personnel and emergency responders as appropriate. Support regular and random patrol activity around buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations by communicating observations and directing responding personnel. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 1 year of security-related experience. A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
