Job Description We are seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to join a growing, well-established practice in Columbus, Ohio . This is a full-time, permanent position offering strong compensation, excellent support, and the opportunity to build a busy practice quickly. Position Highlights Traditional Monday–Friday clinic schedule Mix of outpatient clinic, endoscopy, and inpatient consults Single hospital campus practice Dedicated APP support Large, established referral network (medical group, ACO & community partners) Consultative hospital service Call ratio: 1:4 EMR: EPIC Onsite Lab & X-Ray Beautiful, modern hospital environment (opened in 2019) Compensation & Benefits Starting salary ~ $520,000 , with increases over the first 3 years Signing bonus: $75,000 – $100,000 Relocation assistance available Loan repayment options ️ 27 days PTO 7 holidays 5 CME days 403(b)/401(k) retirement plan with employer match Medical, Dental & Vision coverage Wellness & Employee Assistance Programs Optional benefits including pet insurance, legal coverage & more Childcare & lifestyle discounts ✅ Candidate Requirements Board Certified in Internal Medicine (preferred) Board Eligible or Board Certified in Gastroenterology (required) Ohio medical license (or willing to obtain) BLS & ACLS Advanced Endoscopy training – preferred, not required 3–5 years of post-training GI experience preferred (GI fellows are encouraged to apply!)
