Required Skills & Experience

• 1+ year of Project Coordination experience (3+ years preferred)
• Experience with data entry, tracking, reporting, and administrative project support
• Experience onboarding and supporting new and existing SMEs and contributors
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with QuickBase, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Basic understanding of content editing tools, databases, and HTML tagging
• Experience supporting content production, publishing, or editorial workflows
• PMI, PMP, or other project management certification

Job Description

This Project Coordinator will provide operational and administrative support to the clinical editing team, helping manage project tracking, content workflows, and contributor onboarding activities. The individual will maintain project documentation, update schedules and tracking systems, coordinate deliverables, monitor project progress, and serve as a key liaison between editors, SMEs, and other stakeholders. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to proactively manage multiple tasks while supporting project managers across a variety of fast-paced content initiatives.
