Director, Americas Order Management & AI-Driven Operations
Genesys Cloud Services, Inc.
Genesys is seeking a Director, Americas Order Management to shape end-to-end order management and billing strategy across North America and Latin America. You will influence financial integrity, scalability, and the customer experience, owning the regional operating model and ensuring compliant, efficient order-to-cash operations. Partner with senior leaders across Sales, Finance, Revenue, IT, and Legal to drive cross-functional initiatives, lead automation and AI-enabled transformations, and #J-18808-Ljbffr Genesys Cloud Services, Inc.
