Registered Nurse - Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU)

Unit Highlights

• Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU)
• 4:1 patient-to-nurse ratio
• 21-bed, new unit
• Clear pathway to ICU advancement
• Average patient stay of 26 hours
• Virtual RNs support admissions and discharges, allowing bedside nurses to focus on direct patient care

During the interview process, you’ll meet with unit leadership to ensure a strong clinical and cultural fit.

Schedule

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM & Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available
• 5 weekend shifts required every 6 weeks
• 3-group holiday rotation

Compensation & Differentials

Base Pay:

• $37.00 – $52.00/hour (based on experience)

Shift Differentials:

• Night Shift: +$5.50/hour
• Evening Differential: +$3.50/hour

(applies to 12 of 36 hours—even on day shifts)

• Weekend Differential: +$3.50/hour
• Weekend-Only Option: Earn up to an additional $12/hour

What You Bring

• Active Georgia RN license (or eligibility)
• 1+ year of acute care, progressive care or IMCU experience preferred
• Experience titrating drips required
• Strong clinical assessment, prioritization, and critical-thinking skills
