This position in a 28-bed Progressive Care/Intermediate Care Unit (PCU/IMCU) with a strong cardiac focus will challenge and sharpen your critical care expertise. Caring for diverse populations, including STEMI, NSTEMI, CTS, and cardiac patients on advanced drips, you’ll collaborate with experienced providers in an environment dedicated to clinical excellence.

Schedule/Hours:

• Travel assignment, full-time hours
• Typical ratio: 1:3-4

Qualifications:

• Active RN license with at least 2 years of documented PCU experience in similarly sized facilities
• Demonstrated background in cardiac care: familiarity with STEMI, NSTEMI, CTS, and care of cardiac drips (Milrinone, Dobutamine, Pressors)
• Comfortable floating to telemetry beds within the unit for lower acuity patients
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Ability to provide a badge-appropriate photo and demographic information

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive patient care in a dynamic PCU/IMCU specializing in cardiac populations
• Monitor, assess, and intervene for patients on complex cardiac drips
• Effectively manage patient loads as per 1:3-4 nurse-to-patient ratios
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional outcomes
