You'll care for patients experiencing complex conditions such as sepsis, heart failure, hypertensive emergencies, respiratory failure, COPD, chronic kidney disease, uncontrolled diabetes, substance abuse complications, status epilepticus, and encephalopathy. Working in a dynamic unit that manages a 16-20 bed caseload with an optimal 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio, you'll develop adaptability and critical thinking while collaborating with experienced providers and leaders who value innovation and evidence-based practice.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum 2 years of recent stepdown/PCU experience
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Solid clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Proven ability to manage patients with complex medical backgrounds
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
