Schedule:

• Option of 36-hour or 48-hour weekly contracts

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional nursing care to stepdown patients with conditions such as sepsis, heart failure, hypertensive emergencies, respiratory failure, COPD, chronic kidney disease, TDM2, substance abuse, status epilepticus, and encephalopathy
• Manage a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio within a 16–20 bed unit
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Uphold the highest standards in documentation and care planning

Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 2 years' stepdown nursing experience
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Previous experience caring for patients with complex comorbidities preferred
