Schedule/Hours:

• Travel assignment with full-time hours

Desired Qualifications:

• Active RN license with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar-sized PCU/IMCU facility
• Documented cardiac/progressive care experience, including working with STEMI, NSTEMI, and CTS patients
• Experience with cardiac drips (Milrinone, Dobutamine, Pressors)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Demonstrated ability to manage a 1:3-4 patient ratio
• Comfortable with both progressive care and telemetry patient assignments

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding patient care in a stepdown cardiac setting
• Manage cardiac drips and acute cardiac events as part of a skilled interdisciplinary team
• Accurately document patient progress and collaborate with care teams to drive best outcomes
• Adapt to varying patient acuity, including telemetry beds as assigned
