Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations Maintain and update electronic and physical filing systems Order and maintain office supplies and equipment Assist with project documentation and data entry Coordinate with clients and vendors as needed Assist with special projects and events as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with office equipment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Team player with a positive attitude Previous experience in an engineering or construction environment is a plus Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company match Paid time off and holidays Professional development opportunities Collaborative and inclusive work environment If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for supporting a team and contributing to the success of a company, we encourage you to apply for the Administrative Assistant position at Ring & DuChateau Consulting Engineers.
