From FDOT roadway drainage systems to stream restoration and water quality initiatives, your work will make a measurable impact. What You'll Do Lead complex projects from concept through delivery, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget. Drive business development efforts - identify leads, develop proposals, and build client relationships. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and subconsultants to deliver innovative solutions. Provide mentorship and leadership to project teams, fostering growth and excellence. Represent the firm in client meetings, presentations, and strategic planning sessions. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Water Resources. 15+ years of experience in drainage and water resources projects. Expertise in ICPR, SWMM, HEC-RAS, and proficiency in Bentley ORD, Civil 3D, and ArcGIS. Strong communication and presentation skills.
