Position Details Type: Full time Weekly Scheduled Hours: 40 Location: Yonkers, NY 10701 Compensation Total Base Pay Range: $42,500.00 - $60,000.00 Role As a Leasing Consultant you will be the driving force in helping residents find the best place to call home. Your creative and thoughtful tours will be customized to individual tastes, from recommending the perfect floorplan to outlining the best new neighborhood restaurants. You know what makes people tick, and follow through on every lead to ensure that our prospective residents know you care. With weekends being the most high‑traffic time for future residents to explore their home options, Saturday availability is required. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service and create a sense of community for new residents. Use sales and marketing skills to drive leasing performance, including creating excitement through campaigns, outreach and social media. Follow through on leads by providing tailored updates about floorplans, new openings and neighborhood highlights. Support the team in creating a Better Way to Live for residents and colleagues. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. 1‑2 years of experience in a leasing or customer‑service role, preferably in real estate or property management. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
