Med Care Manager

At Sunrise Senior Living, we champion the quality of life for all seniors. As a Medication Aide/Med Tech, you ensure residents receive medications and treatments safely, accurately, and with dignity. What You’ll Do: Administer medications and treatments per physician orders Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration Document in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time Observe residents during and after medication passes Monitor symptoms and administer medications as ordered for symptom relief Report refusals or concerns promptly Complete narcotic counts per policy Maintain clean, organized medication carts and rooms Follow infection control and safety standards You play a critical role in preventing medication errors, identifying health changes early, and protecting resident safety through attention to detail and regulatory compliance. What We’re Looking For: High School Diploma/GED; age 18+ Medication Administration certification CPR and First Aid certification Strong documentation and communication skills Senior care experience preferred Medication Aide / Med Tech – Deliver Safe, Accurate Medication Care for Our Residents Medication Aide | Med Tech | Medication Technician | Medication Administration | Senior Living | Resident Care Pay Range: 16.40 - 20.55 We also offer benefits and other compensation that include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Plans Retirement Savings Plans Employee Assistant Program / Discount Program Paid time off (PTO), sick time, and holiday pay myFlexPay offered to get paid within hours of a shift Tuition Reimbursement In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses.
