Job Summary:
The Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) provides essential compassionate care to residents in a skilled nursing facility. This role directly supports residents' daily activities, promoting their safety, comfort, and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to call lights promptly to address resident needs.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including toileting, transfers, bathing, and grooming.
• Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the nursing staff.
• Obtain vital signs, weights, and other relevant health information as required.
• Ensure timely and respectful meeting of resident needs.
• Report any allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation according to facility policies.

Qualifications:

• Hold and maintain valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Possess at least 1 year of related healthcare experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification required for night shift.
• Demonstrate exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and compassionate patient care.
• Ability to follow facility policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
