As a Security Officer Full Time Front Desk in Harrisburg, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a commercial real estate location, you will serve as a welcoming presence, manage visitor access, monitor entry activity, and respond to security-related concerns. Pay Rate: $18.36 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors at a commercial real estate front desk by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Greet and screen visitors, manage access credentials, maintain visitor records, and direct guests to appropriate offices or building areas.
• Monitor lobby activity, access control systems, cameras, alarms, and/or communication equipment; report unusual activity according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel or emergency responders when needed.
• Support a professional front-desk environment by answering phones, receiving deliveries, maintaining logs, and communicating relevant information to building management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
