Technical Implementations Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Technical Implementations Specialist to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design technical solutions for client implementations Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables for technical implementations Configure and customize software applications to meet client needs Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of all technical implementations Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients during and after implementation Document and maintain technical specifications, user guides, and other relevant documentation Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve technical implementation processes Communicate project progress and any potential roadblocks to stakeholders in a timely and effective manner Train clients on how to use new technical solutions and provide ongoing support as needed Collaborate with sales and account management teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical implementations or a similar role Strong understanding of software development life cycle and project management methodologies Experience with configuring and customizing software applications Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or SQL Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of healthcare industry and related technologies is a plus If you are a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for technology and healthcare, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
