Job Description

Duties Developing estimates and bids for construction projects. Completing take-offs to gather information for bids. Reviewing sites and gathering information for estimates for work. Win more work by delivering timely estimates made from precise takeoffs. Preparing cost estimates of the equipment, labor and materials needed for completion of construction projects. You will work with the owner of Stiefel Construction LLC and the Property owners. Must have a Dependable vehicle and live close to our office. Drug free work place! This is what I'm looking for.

Ability to work independently
Ability to put together a professional presentation
Ability to create reports on costing data
Amazing analytical and math skills
Ability to work late
Very detail oriented
Ability to understand technical drawings and requirements
Deep knowledge of how processes work.

We do anything from concrete to landscaping, small jobs to large one. We our looking for someone who can bid jobs with precision. All job will be cared for like it was you having the work done.
