IBC's focus is to be customer centric and strive to provide excellent customer experience.**Time Type:**Full time**This is an in-office position.********Department:******825 ATM and Cash Operations******Job Summary:******The ATM Specialist I position is responsible for monitoring status of ATM machines, dispatching vendor to ATM to troubleshoot issues, and ensuring ATMs are in service. This position is also responsible for communication of ATM outages and maintaining ATM activity logs.******Job Description:**********ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS****The statements on this job description are intended to describe the general nature of level of work being performed by incumbents. They are not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required by all incumbents.****DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES***** Monitoring statuses of ATMs throughout the company.* Assisting with projects involving ATM's* Based on changes in ATM's statuses, researching and isolating cause.* Coordinating with marketing to maintain updated ATM screens.* Analyze reports to identify issues and perform root cause analysis.* Prepare and organize data used for reports.* Dispatching the appropriate vendor to ATM to troubleshoot issues.* Review and process vendor invoices.* Ensuring proper steps are taken by vendors to bring ATMs in service.* Point of contact for reports of ATM outages or issues.* Communicating ATM outages/restorations to appropriate people.* Maintaining logs of all events occurring at ATM's.****SKILLS***** **Critical Thinking** - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.* **Reading Comprehension** - Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.* **Service Orientation** - Actively looking for ways to help people.* **Judgment and Decision Making** - Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.* **Complex Problem Solving** - Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.* ****Active Listening**** - Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times. **EDUCATION*** College diploma, some college or equivalent work experience preferred.
