Overview As a Home Sales Inspector at Orkin, you will help homeowners protect their most valuable asset. Perform comprehensive 360 inspections of attics, crawlspaces, and every part of the home. Build trusted relationships by listening to customer needs and explaining practical solutions with confidence and care. Use the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and schedule appointments. Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and handling assigned leads. Valid driver’s license. Ability to obtain the required pesticide license/certification (company‑paid). Capability to work independently in the field and interact with customers. Work Environment Use ladders within manufacturer weight limits. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Wear personal protective equipment (PPE); sometimes an OSHA‑compliant respirator is required. Work in various weather conditions.
