Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator

About the Role

We are an established, 40+ year-old provider of industrial blasting and specialty cleaning equipment seeking a high-level Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to support daily operations. We are looking for someone who can own order processing, shipping logistics, and customer communication independently. Check out our website to see everything we do:

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer orders from entry through delivery
- Serve as primary contact for B2B customer inquiries
- Coordinate LTL freight shipments and carrier selection
- Create and manage Bills of Lading (BOLs)
- Track shipments and resolve issues
- Handle invoicing and credit card transactions in QuickBooks
- Work with sales and operations teams

Requirements

- 2–5+ years in customer service, logistics, or operations
- Strong QuickBooks experience
- Experience with LTL shipping and freight coordination
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Strong attention to detail

- Background Check

Preferred

- Industrial distribution, contracting, equipment, or manufacturing background
- Experience comparing freight quotes and managing carriers
- Basic accounting knowledge (AP/AR)
