Location: Portland, OR & Surrounding Communities (Field-Based)
Salary/Earning Potential: $55,000 – $125,000 / year + Uncapped Commission

What You’ll Do:
Perform detailed residential and commercial property inspections across the Portland metro area.
Generate clear, comprehensive digital reports adhering to our 24-hour turnaround standard.
Guide clients and real estate agents through inspection findings with clear, jargon-free communication.
Requirements (Must-Haves):
Active Oregon Home Inspector License (OCHI) in good standing is required.
Reliable personal vehicle for daily field travel (with valid driver's license and clean record).
Physical capability to navigate ladders, roofs, crawlspaces, and attics.
Exceptional communication and report-writing skills.
Experience in residential and/or commercial inspections is strongly preferred.
