My client is a global leader in the skincare industry , developing innovative products for dermatology practices, plastic surgeons, cosmetic practices, and medical spas. They are seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Representative to drive growth across an assigned territory through new business development, strategic account management, and relationship building.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven aesthetics sales professional to join a growing organization with uncapped earning potential and a strong portfolio of skincare products.

Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed sales quotas within the assigned territory
• Prospect for new business through cold calling, lead generation, networking, and other business development activities
• Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to drive revenue and market growth
• Manage key accounts and strategically grow an existing book of business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
• Drive product adoption, sales growth, and account penetration within the territory
• Conduct product demonstrations, trainings, and educational programs for clients
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information within the CRM and track account activity and progress
• Stay current on the company's product portfolio, competitive landscape, industry trends, and market developments
• Effectively communicate product benefits and articulate the company's value proposition
• Participate in company training programs, meetings, conferences, and industry events

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Min. 3+ years of Sales experience within the Aesthetics industry required
• Skincare sales experience required
• Hunter mentality; experience in new business development, prospecting, and closing
• Experience managing and growing existing accounts through strong "pull-through" sales strategies
• Experience selling into medical practices, aesthetic clinics, and MedSpas
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory

Offering:

• Base Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 (based on experience)
• Year 1 On-Target Earnings: $120,000 - $140,000
• Uncapped Commissions
