Join us for a fun-filled journey where your impact truly shines! We are seeking an exceptional leader to lead our growing Salt Lake City and Utah County region! Pay Range: $100,000 - $120,000 DOE Your Responsibilities Lead your region to success, implementing strategic operating plans. Recruit and manage a stellar BCBA team, driving high performance and meeting business metrics. Maintain high quality clinical services and client satisfaction. Maintain billable productivity margins and meet quarterly revenue targets. Boost client, payer, and staff engagement through effective communication and relationship building. Consult and resolve complex ABA cases, including timely remediation of client grievances. Manage client balance and waitlist, ensuring maximum retention. Coordinate with various departments to address regional needs and meet goals. Positional Requirements 5 years experience in the Autism field, BCBA preferred Operational and leadership experience in ABA preferred (willingness to learn required!) Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and automobile insurance. Comfortable with in-person client visits and regular travel. Basic & Physical Requirements Pass DOJ & FBI background check and TB test where applicable. Receive and act on detailed information through oral & written communication. Utilize finger dexterity; good vision, hearing and critical thinking on a regular basis in order to carry out all duties and responsibilities. Able to sit, stand and walk during a standard workday.
