Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status, leveraging tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that account for each patient's unique cultural background and specific needs.

• Monitor patient progress, employing therapeutic interventions and strategies to ensure optimal mental health outcomes.

• Prepare and maintain accurate treatment records and clinical documentation in alignment with regulatory standards and department protocols.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
