Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health histories, strengths, and emotional challenges.

• Deliver individualized therapy—conducting sessions one-on-one, as well as group therapy and family therapy, employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Informed Care.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that align with clients’ personal goals and incorporate periodic reviews to adjust as necessary.

• Collaborate actively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to coordinate care and develop integrated treatment strategies for clients.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and risk assessments to ensure client safety and support during acute episodes.

• Document all client interactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to legal and ethical standards for client confidentiality and care.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, empowering clients with knowledge and coping strategies to enhance their self-management skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in our outpatient clinic, you will work with a diverse clientele from various backgrounds, ages, and experiences. Our client population ranges from children and adolescents facing school-related anxieties to adults dealing with complex trauma, chronic stress, and interpersonal conflicts. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
