Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments by utilizing standardized tools to gather detailed information about clients' mental health concerns, personal strengths, and support systems.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using various evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring they reflect their unique goals and therapeutic needs.

• Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care, share insights, and maintain client-focused action plans that enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Provide crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning, to address clients in acute distress or emergency situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
