Production Associate (Driver C) - 2nd Shift: Loves Park, Illinois

Our customer in Loves Park, Illinois, is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Production Associates to work full-time on 2nd shift. As a Production Associate, you will support daily manufacturing operations by operating equipment, maintaining quality standards, and assisting with material movement between facilities.

Responsibilities of the Production Associate:

• Operate Kandan machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently during assigned shift.
• Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments to maintain product quality.
• Conduct routine equipment checks and report mechanical or operational issues promptly.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure finished products meet company specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with 5S standards.
• Complete required production logs, reports, and documentation accurately.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Operate a company vehicle between the Logistics Center and Production Center as needed (26-foot straight truck).

Production Associate Requirements and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, including technical documentation.
• Basic understanding of machine operation and settings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work well in a team-focused environment.
• Basic mechanical or troubleshooting skills are a plus.
• CDL Class C preferred for driving company vehicle.

Pay for Production Associate: $18.00/hour with an additional $1.00/hour when operating the company vehicle ($19.00/hour). $2.00/hour increase once hired on.

Schedule: Monday - Friday from 3:30pm - 11:30pm. Mandatory overtime as needed, typically extending shift to 12:30am.
