At Champion Ford Mazda of Owensboro, we believe buying a car should be one of the most exciting days of a person’s life. We aren't just selling vehicles; we are helping our neighbors in Owensboro find the right transportation to get them to their jobs, their kids to practice, and their families on vacation. Our dealership is built on a foundation of honesty and local community pride, and we are looking for a new Sales Representative to join our family. You will be the face of our dealership, the person who turns a simple inquiry into a long-term relationship. We don’t expect you to be a high-pressure closer; we want you to be a helpful guide who genuinely listens. If you enjoy meeting new people, have a knack for explaining how things work, and want to build a career where your personality is your biggest asset, you will fit right in here. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive at the dealership and learn about what they need.
- Guide customers through our lot to find the right vehicle for their lifestyle and budget.
- Explain features and benefits of Ford and Mazda models during engaging test drives.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom and vehicle display area.
- Follow up with potential customers to answer their questions and help them feel confident in their choice.
- Work alongside the finance and management teams to ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to delivery.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- No experience necessary
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational habits and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to learn our specific inventory and brand technologies.
