Job Description Assist the Superintendent in managing daily on‑site construction activities Support coordination of subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries Monitor jobsite safety and ensure compliance with OSHA standards Help maintain project schedules and track progress against milestones Conduct site walks and assist with quality control inspections Coordinate site logistics for large‑scale industrial and retail builds Maintain daily reports, punch lists, and project documentation Communicate effectively with field teams and project management staff MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
