Capital One is seeking an energetic, self-motivated Senior Audit Manager with experience in technology audit execution interested in becoming part of our Audit team. The candidate's primary focus will be on supporting Audit Practices in overseeing quality assurance reviews focused on the technology audit teams and driving key quality improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with our audit methodology.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading the coordination and execution of key quality assurance reviews, including providing major input to planning and testing, as well as identification, development, and documentation of exceptions related to quality assurance reviews
• Delivering verbal and written communication to the audit teams and audit leadership
• Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with audit teams and audit leadership
• Supporting the implementation of the team's strategic imperatives/priorities
• Designing and executing best-in-class operational processes and improvement initiatives of moderate complexity for the quality assurance and improvement program
• Managing direct reports and staff during audit engagements and providing feedback on work performed.

• Providing training and coaching to audit team members during quality assurance reviews as applicable
• Working independently under general supervision, and can exercise latitude for initiative and independent judgment.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience
• At least 7 years of experience in information technology (operations, software delivery, access management, information security)
• At least 5 years of experience leading technology audits and performing in the role of auditor-in-charge

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Auditing, Master's Degree in Accounting, Master's Degree in Information Systems or Master of Business Administration
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
• 10+ years of experience in Banking or in the financial services industry

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Charlotte, NC: $161,500 - $184,300 for Audit Sr. ManagerMcLean, VA: $177,700 - $202,800 for Audit Sr. ManagerNew York, NY: $193,800 - $221,200 for Audit Sr. ManagerPlano, TX: $161,500 - $184,300 for Audit Sr. ManagerRichmond, VA: $161,500 - $184,300 for Audit Sr. Manager

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
