Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.• At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.Preferred• At least 7 years of experience in Mantas technical solutions/capability development – This would translate to the fact that the candidate should be able to work both with the business partners and the technology teams very closely on a daily basis to assist in defining the capability and being involved throughout the build process.• At least 6 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes• At least 6 years of experience in Development/Configuration/solutions evaluation/Validation and deployment• At least 6 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process• Analytical and Communication skills• Planning and Co-ordination skills• Experience with project managementPosition 2: Business Analyst ActimizeLocation: Weehawken, NJ.Full Time (Permanent)Desired Skills & ExperienceRequired• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
