What’s a typical day as Production Technician I? You’ll be:

• Laminating composite components using specialized techniques according to drawings and Standard Work Instructions (SWI).
• Laying up composite materials on mandrels, wrapping molds in preparation for curing, and forming composite parts.
• Checking documentation for accuracy, reporting discrepancies and schedule concerns to the supervisor.
• Verifying materials used, ensuring compliance with manufacturing plans, and signing off on completed work.
• Adhering to production schedules and time allowances to meet manufacturing requirements.

• Are eager to learn and develop new skills in a manufacturing environment.
• Have little or no prior experience—just a willingness to be trained and work under close supervision.
• Can follow detailed instructions and maintain high standards of accuracy.
• Are able to work the 2nd shift and adhere to production schedules.
• Value teamwork and are comfortable reporting concerns and collaborating with supervisors.
