FOH Supervisor

Job Summary The Front of House Supervisor is responsible for leading, supporting, and training all front of house staff. . They will maintain an efficient, profitable and professional restaurant by providing high levels of guest and associate satisfaction. Supervise and direct Dining Room and Bar employees Develop floor charts, daily assignments and floor management. Manage and control labor costs on a daily basis Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED required. 2-5 years of full-service restaurant experience Minimum 2 years’ experience supervising staff Ability to use computer for daily work and basic knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing Good written and verbal communication skills Possess organizational, planning, goal setting skills and ability to work independently with minimal or no supervision Must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance Ability to climb steps in hotels that do not provide elevators Lift 30 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis About Us At Regency Hotel Management, hospitality is who we are—and what we do best.Since 1965, we've been leaders in driving maximum profit while creating asset value for clients.
