Med/Surg-Tele Travel Contract Opportunity

Nurse's Etc. Staffing, a veteran and minority-owned healthcare staffing agency, is seeking experienced Med/Surg Registered Nurses for an exciting travel contract opportunity.

Assignment Details:

• Same day interviews
• Location: Waterloo, IA
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Weekly Hours: 36
• Shift Details: 12H Nights
• Float Requirements: May float across campuses/unit, may float to across MS and Post op units
• Weekend Requirements: Every other
• On Call Requirements: None
• Pay: $2,362 ($1,116 taxable + $1,246 stipend)

Unit Information:

• Ratios: 1:5-6
• Bed Size: 25
• Tele tech monitoring unit
• Drips: heparin, insulin, diuretic infusions, amiodarone, diltiazem, 3% saline infusion

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Med Surg (Renal, Urology, Transplant) care experience
• Experience with the following Drips/Titrates: heparin, insulin, diuretic infusions, amiodarone, diltiazem, 3% saline infusion [required]
• Post op surgical care experience in: EGD, colonoscopy, Cardiac Cath, Pacemaker, including minor surgery
• EPIC emr experience
• At least '1' travel contract completed within previous 12 months
• Active state license or compact license when applicable
• Certifications: BLS, ACL:S
