Event / Gig Worker – Parking & Guest Services
Premier Parking | Columbus, OH
Part-Time | Event / Gig Work | Temporary & Seasonal
Pay: $18/hour + tips | Tips and hourly pay paid at the end of each shift
Premier Parking is looking for reliable, professional Event / Gig Workers to assist with parking and guest services at events throughout the Columbus area. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for flexible work, extra income, and the opportunity to pick up shifts at upcoming fall and winter events.
We are currently hiring for several upcoming event dates, with additional opportunities available throughout the fall and winter.
What You'll DoAssist guests with parking and event entry.
Provide friendly, professional customer service.
Help direct guests and answer basic questions about parking and event access.
Represent Premier Parking in a professional and positive manner.
Assist with event setup, traffic flow, and other on-site tasks as needed.
Follow all parking, safety, and event procedures.
Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced event environment.
Maintain a professional appearance and attitude throughout your shift.
You should be reliable, professional, comfortable working with the public, and able to work outdoors and/or in varying weather conditions when required.
Requirements:
Clean, professional appearance.
Nice black slacks and a black belt required.
Premier Parking will provide a company polo and/or jacket.
Must have no felony convictions .
Must have no more than 4 points on your driving record .
Reliable transportation to travel to various event locations throughout the Columbus area.
Must arrive on time and be prepared to work the full scheduled shift.
Strong customer-service and communication skills.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to follow directions and work effectively with a team.
Must be dependable and professional while representing Premier Parking.
We are currently hiring for the following shifts:
Friday, September 18 Downtown Columbus 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Friday, September 25 Near Columbus Airport 5:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Friday, October 2 Columbus 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Friday, October 2 Gahanna 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Friday, October 2 Mt. Gilead — approximately 1 hour north of Columbus 4:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Additional fall and winter event shifts will become available. Workers who perform well and demonstrate reliability may have the opportunity to pick up additional shifts as events are scheduled.
Compensation$18/hour + tips
Both hourly pay and tips are paid out at the end of your shift .
