Event Staff

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Event Staff member to support promotional events, customer engagement, brand representation, and event operations. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, working in an active environment, and contributing to successful customer-focused events. Responsibilities Assist with preparing and organizing promotional event areas. Welcome attendees and provide friendly, professional assistance. Engage with customers and prospective customers during events. Answer questions and provide helpful information. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions. Distribute promotional materials and assist with event displays. Support event setup, operation, and breakdown. Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional event environment. Support customer engagement and lead generation activities. Build positive relationships with customers and event attendees. Communicate customer feedback and event observations to team members. Support individual and team goals during promotional events. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic, friendly, and professional demeanor. Comfortable interacting with customers in person. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Customer-focused and goal-oriented. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Previous event, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or promotional experience is a plus but not required.
