Outgoing Promoter RoleWe are looking for outgoing, well-connected individuals to drive ticket sales, table bookings, and event awareness. This role is ideal for someone with a strong social network, experience in nightlife, hospitality, or sales, and a passion for events, music, and entertainment.Key ResponsibilitiesSell tickets and VIP packages for Fwd eventsPromote events through personal network, social media, and direct outreachBuild and maintain relationships with guests and repeat clientsCoordinate group bookings, birthdays, and special occasionsDrive table reservations and upsell premium experiencesRepresent the Fwd brand in a professional, high-energy mannerTrack sales and performance through provided platforms/codesCollaborate with management on weekly sales goals and campaignsCompensationCompetitive base pay & commission on ticket sales and packagesPerformance-based bonuses and incentivesAccess to exclusive events and VIP experiencesOpportunity for growth into senior promoter or event sales rolesRequirementsStrong social network and ability to influence group decisionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with a competitive, sales-driven mindsetReliable and responsive, especially around event datesPrevious experience in nightlife, events, or sales is a plusPreferred QualitiesActive on Instagram, Snapchat, and other social platformsExperience with event buildingAbility to bring consistent weekly volume (tickets or tables)Natural connector who enjoys hosting and building a crowdWhy Join FwdBe part of one of the top nightlife brands in the MidwestHigh earning potential based on performanceWork in a fast-paced, high-energy environmentBuild a personal brand and network within nightlife + entertainment
