responsibilities:

Lead the estimating team through executive reviews, scoping sessions, and formal presentations.
Plan, develop, and present complex multi-discipline capital cost estimates based on defined scopes.
Analyze drawings, technical specifications, and proposals to calculate accurate labor, time, and material costs.
Identify project risk items, perform escalation calculations, and assign contingency levels.
Maintain and optimize standard estimating databases, templates, and continuous process improvements.
